Plant-it is a self-hosted, open-source gardening companion for keeping track of your plants. It logs the care actions you perform (watering, fertilizing, treatments), stores plant photos, and reminds you of the time passed since each plant's last action. Deliberately, it does not tell you what to do — you decide when to water or fertilize — making it a lightweight tracker rather than a prescriptive advisor.
