## Description

deCONZ Community is a community-maintained Docker image of deCONZ, Dresden Elektronik's software for setting up and controlling Zigbee networks through a Conbee USB stick or RaspBee GPIO gateway. It runs deCONZ in a minimal configuration, exposing the Phoscon web interface for wireless light control and a REST API with websockets for integration with other home automation tools, and can optionally include a VNC (Virtual Network Computing) desktop so the full deCONZ graphical interface can be opened from any machine. It suits self-hosters who want deCONZ running in a container instead of on dedicated hardware, and offers current builds and desktop access for users migrating from the older marthoc deCONZ image.

### How should I migrate an existing deCONZ installation to a new setup?

Create a backup with the Phoscon app before moving. Phoscon supports transferring a Zigbee installation to a new system.

### How do I open the Phoscon app or connect to the gateway?

Open the Phoscon app in a browser and select the gateway by its name or IP address. If it is not shown, start a gateway search and enter the gateway name and login.

### Why might Phoscon be unreachable after a reboot?

This can happen if deCONZ does not start properly after a reboot, especially when using a ConBee II.
