## Common questions

### How do I start and check a basic Psono CE Docker installation?

Run the psono-combo CE image with the host and container port set to 10200, and make sure that port is open in the firewall. After startup, check the server/info endpoint to confirm the web server is answering.

### How can I detect hidden problems in a running Psono server?

Check the healthcheck endpoint on your Psono address. If it reports a problem, passwords may fail to save, restore, or sync even though the main page opens.

### What determines the client version shown in the Psono admin portal?

The portal asks the server for the WEBCLIENT_URL parameter and uses that value to fetch VERSION.txt from the webclient.

### Where can I get help with a self-hosted Psono issue?

You can create an issue in the GitLab repository, email support@psono.com, or join the Discord Community.
