## Common questions

### What outbound-mail setup gotchas should I expect with Axigen?

You need an SPF record and DKIM signing, and a static IP or a NATed cloud VPS. Even with valid DKIM, low IP reputation can still cause recipients to spam the mail.

### What antispam prerequisite should I follow before first-time installation?

Review the companion anti-spam repository before installing. The built-in antispam filter is not perfect.

### Which authentication protocols can Axigen be configured with?

The documentation covers OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect setup and GSSAPI/Kerberos authentication for Linux installations.

### What mobile sync options does Axigen provide?

The documentation lists ActiveSync, CalDAV, and CardDAV for mobility and sync. It also includes a Mobile WebMail manual.

### How do I administer or migrate an Axigen deployment?

Use WebAdmin or CLI administration, and the documentation includes a migrating-to-Axigen guide. It also covers advanced configuration and auto-discovery.
