Yes. It uses an embedded LDK node by default, but can also be configured for LND, Phoenixd, Cashu, or CLN.

### What do I need to change if I run Alby Hub behind a reverse proxy on a subpath?

Build the HTTP frontend with BASE_PATH set to the proxy subpath, such as /hub, before building the HTTP production app.

### Which port and data directory should I use for a simple Docker setup?

The documented local Docker example exposes 127.0.0.1:8080 to container port 8080 and mounts the host data folder at /data with WORK_DIR set to /data.

### Does Alby Hub recover automatically after an internet outage on Start9?

On Start OS 0.4.0 Beta, it may not reconnect automatically after an outage; you may need to restart the Alby Hub service and sign in again with the authentication code and password.

### Is it safe to leave Alby Hub directly exposed to the internet?

No. Exposed instances up to version 1.18.5 had a critical flaw that let attackers take over the node and move funds, so check your version and close public exposure before patching.
