Shinyreact is a bridge that connects a Shiny server (Python or R) to a React front end, so you keep all reactive data handling on the server while building the user interface in React. It provides only the shared JavaScript bundle that links the two and ships no user-interface components of its own, which means the same React client works identically against an app.py or an app.R server. It suits developers who want Shiny's reactive model together with a modern, customisable React interface.
