## Description

FormCraft is a self-hosted form builder: a drag-and-drop builder with 10 field types and templates, quizzes with scoring, a submissions table with filters, charts and CSV export, users and roles, email and Telegram alerts, multilingual forms (English, Arabic, Tamil) with right-to-left support, light and dark themes, and full system backups. DATABASE: this template uses the built-in SQLite database, stored in the Data folder below. Nothing else to install. To use PostgreSQL instead, set Database URL to postgresql://USER:PASSWORD@HOST:5432/DBNAME?schema=public (create the empty database first; the tables build themselves on first start). First run: open the WebUI and create your admin account. There is no default password.
