## Common questions

### Does evcc-calendar send a charging plan to evcc immediately after startup?

No. It starts in dry-run mode and nothing is written until dry_run is set to false in config.yaml.

### Which port is used for the status page in the Docker setup?

The container listens on port 80 internally, and the published port defaults to 8180 via HOST_PORT in .env.

### Which credentials need to be added to .env before running the container?

HA_TOKEN, EVCC_API_KEY, and ORS_KEY must be filled in. Never share the .env file.

### Can multiple live instances of evcc-calendar run at the same time?

No. Only one instance may run live, so stop the first container before starting another.

### Where is the configuration file stored when running on Unraid?

The configuration file is expected at /mnt/user/appdata/evcc-kalender/config.yaml.
