## Description

Your Glance dashboard and a no-code editor for it, in one container. Build pages, columns and widgets, pick a theme, icons and a background image, all in the browser, without writing YAML. See your changes in Preview before you save; every save is checked by Glance first and kept in History, so you can go back to any earlier version. Includes Glance (github.com/glanceapp/glance) at the version the editor is tested with. Open the editor from WebUI; your dashboard is on the Dashboard port. No login: keep it on your LAN.

## Common questions

### Will my dashboard remain compatible with upstream Glance?

Yes, Glance Editor writes Glance's own glance.yml, so the dashboard is always a plain Glance dashboard.

### Which Glance version is bundled with the editor?

It is pinned to Glance v0.8.6 and tested with that version.

### Can I preview changes without affecting the live dashboard?

The container includes a second, private Glance instance for previews.

### How can I include Docker containers in the dashboard?

A small gate lets the editor list Docker containers; for other servers, point the widget's Docker socket path at a read-only proxy.

### Can I add community widgets?

Yes, you can search and add community widgets, and they are checked with the pinned Glance for every release.
