## Common questions

### What do I need to set when ProxCenter is behind a reverse proxy?

Enable the Behind reverse proxy toggle in the connection settings. This prevents failover from switching to the internal node IPs.

### Where is ProxCenter's data stored?

PostgreSQL is the only source of truth, and the installer creates persistent volumes under /opt/proxcenter.

### Does the Community Edition limit the number of nodes?

No, the Community Edition has no node cap.

### Can ProxCenter be installed on the same Proxmox node it manages?

It can, but a shutdown-all-guests-then-shutdown-host sequence may not complete when that node is powered off because the ProxCenter process stops.

### Can ProxCenter use SSO?

It supports LDAP and OIDC SSO.
