The client's list of ZooKeeper servers should match the list known by each ZooKeeper server. A client list that is a subset of the real list works okay, but pointing clients at servers from a different ZooKeeper group can cause strange behavior.

### What can I do if a service that uses ZooKeeper reports a missing snapshot during reinstall?

Recreating the ZooKeeper volume may resolve the error. Back up the entire VM first, since this can lose the last 24 hours of unprocessed events.
