Cratekeep is a lightweight web interface for managing a beets music library. It is open source and self-hosted, installable on Unraid.

## Description

Cratekeep is a lightweight web interface for managing a beets music library. Review MusicBrainz matches, import music from an inbox, and edit metadata and file tags. First run: select /data/inbox and /data/library in the setup screen. Configuration, databases, and the generated signing key persist in /data/config. Inbox imports copy files into the Library and tag the copies, leaving originals in place. Use Refresh in Inbox to discover new audio files. All three folders must be writable by UID 99, GID 100 (Unraid nobody:users). Start with disposable copies. Cratekeep has no built-in authentication. Use a trusted network or an authenticating reverse proxy; do not expose it directly to the internet.
