## Common questions

### Do I need to mount the host root directory for Doku?

Yes, mount the host / directory to /hostroot read-only in addition to the Docker socket. Without this mount, Doku cannot properly calculate disk usage for logs, bind mounts, and Overlay2 storage.

### Can Doku automatically reclaim or clean Docker disk space?

No, Doku is only a monitoring tool. It mounts host paths read-only and never performs cleanup or disk space reclamation.

### What port does Doku listen on and can I change it?

Doku's container port is 9090. You can expose it on any host port, such as 8080:9090.

### How do I get the latest version of Doku?

Pull the latest release from Docker Hub using the amerkurev/doku:latest image.
