## Description

AutoMuteUs is a Discord bot that automatically mutes and unmutes players while they are playing Among Us. It relies on the separate amonguscapture application, which runs on a Windows PC to capture live game data and relay it to the bot. ## Common questions

### Do I need to run the Capture application for the bot to automute players?

Yes, the bot requires the Capture application running on a Windows PC. Games without a user running the capture software will not have automuting capabilities.

### How do I start a game and connect the capture software?

Use the /new slash command in the text channel. The bot replies privately with a link to sync the capture software and a download link if needed.

### How can I manually link or unlink a Discord user to an in-game color?

Use /link followed by the Discord user and color, such as /link @Soup cyan. Use /unlink to remove a manual link.

### Where can I view privacy and data collection information?

Use the /privacy command in Discord to view privacy and data collection information about the bot.

### How do I open the web dashboards for server settings and stats?

Use /settings to get a dashboard link for managing this server’s bot settings. Use /stats to get a dashboard link for viewing and resetting server stats.
