A command-line application that will automatically synchronize recommended settings from TRaSH guides to your Sonarr/Radarr instances. As of v8.4.0 the `:latest` tag is no longer supported. Please use a specific version tag instead. As of v2.3.0 the image is rootless and the Nobody user must be passed via the Extra Parameter '--user="99:100"'. First-install notes

  • Connect Recyclarr to each *arr app For every Sonarr or Radarr instance, set base_url (the address Recyclarr can reach, including the port) and api_key. If the address, port, or key is wrong, Recyclarr cannot connect, so profiles and custom formats won't be updated. source
  • Tell Recyclarr which profiles to manage In each Sonarr or Radarr section, list quality_profiles using the exact profile names that already exist in that app, and include trash_id (the Trash Guide profile identifier, like trash-4k) for the guide profile you use. If the names or trash_id do not match, Recyclarr will not update the right profile, so downloads may not be ranked the way you want. source
  • Choose whether old custom formats are deleted Set delete_old_custom_formats for each app to true only if you want Recyclarr to remove custom formats (rules that score how desirable a download is) it no longer manages; otherwise leave it false. If it is true, Recyclarr can delete rules you made yourself, which may leave your quality profiles with missing or lower scores. source

What Docker tag and user settings should I use for Recyclarr?

Use a specific or major version tag instead of :latest, which is not supported. The image is rootless since v2.3.0, so pass the Nobody user with --user="99:100". Remove PUID and PGID from the container environment.
