DeveLanCacheUI Frontend is the web interface for the DeveLanCacheUI project, a statistics dashboard for Valve's LanCache, the local area network (LAN) game-download cache for Steam. It renders cache activity parsed by the companion DeveLanCacheUI backend container, letting homelab users running Steam network caching see which games their network serves from cache. Use it paired with the backend to monitor LanCache performance.

First-install notes

  • Networking and IPv6 The frontend container must run on the same custom user bridge (user-defined) network as the DeveLanCacheUI backend container. If you get problems when IPv6 is enabled, add --sysctl net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1 as an extra container parameter. source
