Debrid Media Bridge (DMB) is a deprecated all-in-one Docker image that unifies Debrid downloaders, media management tools, and automation services into a single container for streamlined self-hosted media deployment. It is no longer under active development; DUMB (Debrid Unlimited Media Bridge) is the recommended successor.

Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

First-install notes

  • Set IDs, key, and timezone before starting Before starting DMB, fill in PUID/PGID (the user and group IDs the container runs as), TZ (your timezone), and the RealDebrid API key in ZURG_INSTANCES_REALDEBRID_API_KEY. If these are missing or wrong, files can get permission problems and DMB may not be able to use your RealDebrid account. source
  • Keep the DMB data folder safe DMB stores its settings, logs, databases, and saved media-link folders under the host path you choose, for example /home/username/docker/DMB. Do not delete or move that folder carelessly, because losing it can wipe your configuration and make your saved data disappear. source
  • Open web ports and keep mount permissions Expose 3005 for DMB, 3000 for Riven, 5050 for pgAdmin, and 5000 for CLI Debrid if you use them, or the web pages will not load; open 32400 for Plex if you use it. Keep the special Docker permissions for DMB: /dev/fuse, cap_add SYS_ADMIN, and apparmor:unconfined, because removing them stops the rclone mount, a remote storage folder that is made to look local. source

Common questions

Can DMB be run in Docker Desktop?

No. Docker Desktop does not support the mount propagation required for rclone mounts.

Do I need to use all of the projects included in DMB?

No. You can use whichever components you like, and not all are required. Some components may provide overlapping functionality.

Does DMB include a PostgreSQL administration tool?

Yes, pgAdmin 4 is listed among the included projects.
