Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions
What ports should I expose for the noVNC web UI and VNC?
Map container port 8080 for the noVNC web UI and container port 5900 for VNC. The source example maps host port 80 to container port 8080 and host port 5900 to container port 5900.
What volume should I mount to persist configuration?
Mount a host directory to /config in the container. The source example uses ./appconfig:/config.
How do I run the container non-root?
The images run as root by default. Set PGID and PUID to non-zero values to run as a non-root user.
How do I set the access password?
Set ROOT_PASSWORD to the desired password. The source says this is the password even under a non-root user.
