Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions

Which port does the Docker container listen on?

The Docker image starts Caddy 2 and serves the dashboard at the webserver root. The provided example maps host port 8080 to container port 80.

How can I configure projects and theme via the URL?

Put apikey=title pairs in the URL fragment after #, separated by ampersands, to show multiple projects. The light theme is used by default, and the dark theme can also be specified via the URL.

What should I know about API key exposure if the dashboard is public?

If the dashboard is public, the read-only API key becomes public and can reveal check names, tags, descriptions, schedules, status, ping timing, and total ping counts. It cannot reveal ping URLs or create, update, or delete checks.

How is the official Docker image kept current?

The official Docker image is automatically built on each commit.
