Which host port can I map to Gaps?

Gaps uses port 8484 inside the container. You can map any available host port to it, for example with -p 8484:8484.

Where should Docker store Gaps data?

Mount a local folder to /usr/data in the container. The README example uses -v /localFolder/gaps:/usr/data.

Which Docker image tag should I use on ARM?

On ARM machines, use the arm-latest image. The README shows docker pull housewrecker/gaps:arm-latest for that case.
