dizqueTV is a self-hosted live TV generator that creates fake broadcast channels from media on your Plex server. Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions

How can I migrate from pseudoTV to dizqueTV?

Rename the .pseudotv folder to .dizquetv and run the new executable. If using Docker, apply the same volume rename trick.

Does dizqueTV support hardware encoding?

It supports NVIDIA hardware encoding, including in Docker.

How does dizqueTV handle changes in the Plex library?

It does not watch your Plex server for media updates or changes. You must manually remove and re-add programs, and update server settings manually if the Plex server IP or port changes.

Why does the dizqueTV web UI stop browsing the Plex library?

If the UI route fails, dizqueTV cannot browse the Plex library from the web UI. You need to fix the connection issue manually or edit the Plex server configuration.
