Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Resources & Compatibility

Requirements not published yet.

First-install notes

  • Create a Figranium project folder Run mkdir figranium-server and cd figranium-server to make a dedicated folder for the app. This keeps your setup files together and helps Docker start in the right place. source
  • Download the deployment Compose file Inside that folder, download the deployment compose file and save it as docker-compose.yml. This file tells Docker how to set up Figranium; without it, docker compose up has nothing to start. source
  • Start Figranium with Docker Compose Run docker compose up -d to start it in the background, then open the app at http://localhost:11345 and the VNC viewer (a web page showing the app's desktop) at http://localhost:54311. If you want to reach it from another device, open those ports or the pages will not load. source

Common questions

Do I need to open ports to reach Figranium from another device?

Yes. The app is served on port 11345 and the VNC viewer on port 54311, and those ports must be opened for access from another device.

Do task definitions, browser state, and execution data stay on my server?

Yes. All task definitions, browser state, and execution data stay on your own infrastructure.

Can workflows be triggered by API or run on a schedule?

Yes. Figranium exposes a REST API where every workflow is an endpoint, and workflows can run on a recurring schedule or manually.

Can it extract structured data and send it elsewhere?

It can navigate pages, handle dynamic content, and extract structured data using CSS selectors or JavaScript. You can export as JSON or push to Baserow, webhooks, or another API.
