Slipmat
Self-hosted control and automation for a Sonos system, entirely over your local network: no cloud and no Sonos account.
Host networking is required: Sonos discovery is multicast and the speakers call back into Slipmat for live updates, neither of which crosses a bridge network.

Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions
Do I need host networking to run Slipmat?
Yes. Sonos discovery is multicast and the speakers call back into Slipmat for live updates, and neither of those works across a bridge network.
Which port does the UI use and where should I store its data?
Use port 5544 for the UI and map a persistent directory to /data.
Where do I put Slipmat settings when using Docker Compose?
Put them in a .env file beside the compose file. Every setting is optional.
Can I start presets without opening the web UI?
Yes. Presets can be started from a webhook using GET or POST, on a schedule, or with a HomeKit switch.
Can I use Slipmat on a phone?
Yes, the web UI works as well on a phone as on a desktop.
