First-install notes
- Install the Docker Desktop extension first Use docker extension install with the extension name to add it into Docker Desktop, then open Extensions > Quickstart to complete its first-run setup. If you skip this, Docker Desktop won't show the extension's UI or let you configure it. source
- Start the Node server and check the ports Run npm install and then npm run start, and open the app at http://localhost:5001; port 5001 is the app, port 8080 is the API base it talks to, and you only need to open those ports if accessing from another computer. If the Node server or API base isn't running, the page won't load and searches won't work. source
- Install rootless Docker extras if missing If you're using rootless Docker (running Docker without root/sudo privileges) and see that dockerd-rootless-setuptool.sh is missing, run sudo apt-get install -y docker-ce-rootless-extras, where sudo asks for your admin permission. Without the helper, rootless Docker can fail with confusing permission errors. source

Common questions
Does it modify stock Unraid files or leave leftovers?
It doesn't touch any stock files. Uninstalling removes it completely.
Which terms can I use in the search box?
You can filter by name, image, folder, network, IP, or port. Terms like image:linuxserver, net:br0, port:8080, and is:unhealthy also work, and a minus prefix excludes matches.
Why might healthy, unhealthy, or update-available filters not match?
Health filters rely on the container having a health check. Update available is only as fresh as your last Check for Updates.
How does it interact with folder.view2?
If you use folder.view2, folders containing a match open automatically. They close again when you clear the search.
Can I still drag containers to reorder while a filter is active?
Drag-to-reorder still works, but clear the filter first if you care exactly where things land.
