uhppote-desk
Web application to manage UHPPOTE UT0311-L0x access controllers (1/2/4-door Wiegand boards), replacing the Windows "Access Control" software (N3000).[br][br]…
Controller discovery and configuration, people, cards and permissions with automatic sync, time profiles and scheduled tasks, live monitor with photos, event history, attendance reports, anomaly detection.
Home Assistant integration over MQTT (auto discovery), webhooks, Telegram/email/ntfy/Gotify notifications, automation rules and a mobile app (PWA) with fingerprint/Face ID.
Interface in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German. Requires "host" networking to discover the controllers and receive their UDP events.

Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions
Why might controller discovery fail if the app is run in a container?
It requires host networking to discover the UT0311 controllers and receive their UDP events.
Does it keep people, cards, and door permissions synchronized with the controller?
Yes, people, cards, and permissions support automatic synchronization.
How does it expose doors to Home Assistant?
It uses MQTT with automatic discovery to publish door, lock, and controller states, access events, and Open buttons.
What events can trigger outgoing webhook requests?
Access events, alarms, door state changes, and controllers going offline can trigger signed webhook requests, with filters per door, retries, and a delivery log.
Can different operators have different permissions?
The app includes operators with roles and an audit log.
