Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions

Where are my TMDB, Radarr, and Sonarr keys saved?

They are connected from Fancyfin's Settings and saved in the Config folder. The keys never reach the browser.

What port should I use to open Fancyfin?

The default WebUI port is 8282. After install, open the host on that port and sign in with your Jellyfin account.

How do I update Fancyfin while keeping my settings?

Use Check for updates on the Docker tab, then apply update. Keep the Config folder in appdata, because it stores your TMDB, Radarr, and Sonarr connections.

Which playback and subtitle formats are supported?

Playback supports direct play and HLS transcode, with audio track selection. Subtitles support SRT, VTT, ASS/SSA, and burned-in image subs.
