GoatMediaStackarr is a single Docker container that bundles Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Prowlarr, Bazarr, qBittorrent, SABnzbd, Jellyfin, and Seerr—pre-connected behind one web interface and one login—with optional Tautulli, Plex, and FlareSolverr, plus a built-in WireGuard or OpenVPN with kill switch covering only the download clients. It runs on x86 and 64-bit ARM with the web interface on port 2806, giving self-hosters a complete, pre-wired media automation stack without configuring or linking individual containers.

Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

First-install notes

  • Storage The container image occupies about 2.4 GB on x86 or 2.2 GB on ARM. Keep App data on an SSD or cache drive rather than the array—Jellyfin will not start with less than 2 GB of free space there. Use the default separate Media and Downloads folders so finished downloads are copied into your media library. source

Common questions

What do I still need to configure after the first start?

The bundled engines are already connected on first start, so you mainly add indexers in Prowlarr and, if you use usenet, your news server in SABnzbd.

Which ports are exposed for access to the apps?

Expose port 2806 for GoatMediaStackarr, port 8096 for Jellyfin TV and phone apps, and port 5055 for Seerr requests. The other engines listen only inside the container.

Does the built-in VPN cover every included app?

No, the built-in VPN covers the download apps only.

How are updates published?

The image is rebuilt weekly on Monday with the newest release of every engine and published as latest after all checks pass. Unraid then offers it as an update, while version tags such as 0.2.0 do not change.

How does Seerr authentication work?

Seerr signs in through Jellyfin. Its request page also has its own sign-in through Jellyfin or Plex.
