Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

Common questions
What do I need to configure so an existing Bacula Director can use the Bacula File Daemon?
The daemon listens on port 9102 and stores its password in the plugin configuration file. Set the Director name in the plugin settings, then add a matching Client resource on the Director with the Unraid server address, port 9102, and the same password.
What happens to the daemon when I stop the Unraid array?
The plugin stops the daemon while the array is stopping and starts it again after the array is stopped. A backup job running at that moment fails. The daemon is restarted so the flash drive can still be backed up while the array is stopped.
Why can a backup of /mnt or /etc/libvirt report success when the array is stopped?
Paths under /mnt and /etc/libvirt exist only while the array is started. Bacula can back up an empty directory and still report Backup OK. Schedule jobs for times when the array is up and check the number of files backed up.
Where is the Bacula File Daemon configuration stored, and does it survive plugin removal?
The configuration file is located at /boot/config/plugins/bacula-fd/bacula-fd.conf. The plugin checks the file before saving changes and shows errors if the configuration is invalid. The file survives plugin updates and removal.
