Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

First-install notes

  • Set your user IDs and ports before running Change PUID and PGID (the container's user/group IDs) to match your host user using `id your_user`, and set WEBUI_PORT and TORRENTING_PORT, otherwise files may be owned by the wrong user or ports may clash. source
  • Open Web UI and torrent ports Expose the Web UI port (default 8080) for your browser and the torrenting port (default 6881) over TCP and UDP; if you forget, the page won't load and downloads may be slow or fail. source
  • Save your config and downloads folders Mount /config to a safe appdata folder and /downloads to where you want files saved; /config holds your settings and login, and /downloads is where completed torrents appear. source
