First-install notes
- Login once to get your token Enter your API username and password and call the login endpoint once when your app starts so it receives a token. Without that token, later calls like getting a phone number or SMS code will fail. source
- Save the pkey from each phone request When you request a phone number, save the pkey value in the response and use it to fetch the SMS code or release the number. If you lose or mix up the pkey, you may not get the code and the number can stay locked. source
- Check apiReturn permission first Enable the special apiReturn permission on your account before reporting task status. The docs warn that unauthorized calls may still deduct balance, so this helps avoid surprise charges. source
