Health score?A 0-100 score computed nightly from four factors: maintained (40%: recent commits and steady activity), popular (25%: GitHub stars, log scale), easy to install (20%: platforms, install notes, setup guides, Docker image) and light to run (15%: minimum RAM, ARM support). When the source code has been checked, a fifth factor, security check (20%: automated scan for committed secrets, unsafe desktop-app settings, known-vulnerable dependencies and project hygiene; any serious finding caps it at 20), is added. Factors without data are left out and the rest are rescaled.

First-install notes
- This pip package is only the client Run `python3 -m pip install miniflux` only if you need the Python library, not the Miniflux app itself. Without a separate Miniflux server already running, this package has nowhere to connect. source
- You need a server URL and login When creating the client, provide `base_url` plus either an API key or a username and password. If you leave these out or use the wrong URL, your Python code cannot talk to Miniflux. source
- Basic hardware requirements Use at least 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, and 10 GB disk for a basic deployment. source
- Database Miniflux uses PostgreSQL for full-text search; configure the database connection settings during installation. source
