Common questions

Does the lunik1 Docker image create the database automatically?

No. You must create a user and database in a MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL server before running tt-rss. The container expects an already initialized database endpoint.

What are the default login credentials after initial TT-RSS configuration?

The default username is admin and the default password is password.

Where should persistent TT-RSS data be stored in the Docker deployment?

Mount a volume at /config. This directory holds the application configuration and data.

Which port should be exposed for the TT-RSS web interface?

Expose port 80 for the WebUI. The container example maps port 80 to the host for browser access.

How does the lunik1 container receive tt-rss updates?

It is built from the latest tt-rss master branch. Rebuilds are triggered when commits are added to that master branch or when the base container is updated.
